How To Download Unity

Unity is a software platform used for creating video games, simulations, and interactive experiences. It provides a user-friendly environment that allows people to build games and other interactive content without requiring extensive programming knowledge.

STEPS FOR DOWNLOADING UNITY:-

STEP 1: Visit Unity's Official Website

The first step is to navigate to the official Unity website. From there, click on the "Get Started" button to view various versions and license options.

STEP 2: Choose the Right License

Unity offers different licenses, each defining different users' needs. There's a Personal License for beginners who are new to Unity game development and programming or small businesses, a Plus License for more serious hobbyists, and a Pro License for professional developers. Select the one that best suits your requirements.

STEP 3: Download Unity Hub

Next, download the Unity Hub. Unity Hub serves as a central platform from where you can manage different Unity versions and create or open projects. Click on the “Download Unity Hub” button to start the download process.

STEP 4: Sign in or Create Unity ID

After installing Unity Hub, you need to sign in to your Unity account. If you don’t have one, create a Unity ID by clicking on the "create one" option.

STEP 5: Download Unity Version

Inside Unity Hub, go to the "Installs" tab and click on the “Add” button. This will open a list of available Unity versions. Select the Unity version you have decided upon and start the download.

STEP 6: Creating License in Unity

Go to License in Preferences and click on Add License. We need to add license for working in unity.

Get a License according to your preferences, we need to choose that

(i) Activate with Serial number

(ii) Activate with license request

(iii) Get a Free Personal License

STEP 7: Download the required versions of the Unity

We need to add and download the required versions of the unity according to their different features.

STEP 8: See the Interface

Run the Software and see the Interface.

STEP 9: Creating a New Project in Unity

To start work in Unity we need to start a New Project in Unity

STEP 10: See the Unity Window

We can see the Unity Window and learn working on it.
